Snap Fitness and the Fountain Hills Blue Zone Inspired Steering Committee is launching an exciting 4-Week Challenge starting Tuesday, July 15th through August 5th!!!� “Tighten Up Teach Me Tuesday: We our Creating a wellness Tribe (MOAI)” �Each week, we’ll explore and practice the 9 Principles inspired by the Blue Zones philosophy—proven habits from the world’s longest-living, happiest communities! Even better—this challenge will be led by members of our own Blue Zone-Inspired Fountain Hills Steering Committee and current members of our Snap Fitness, who will bring fresh, inspiring topics each week! � If you haven’t heard about Blue Zones or Fountain Hills’ community wellness initiative, this is the perfect time to learn!Each session will feature focus on the 9 principals of Blue Zones, with easy, practical ideas you can use to improve your health, happiness, and well-being—for yourself and your loved ones.
