Kitchen expertise starts right here in the Central Market Cooking School! Campers will learn the importance of everyday culinary skills such as proper measuring technique, the “why” behind following a recipe. After three days of camp, campers will have the know-how to whip up an impressive breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Kids. Ages 7 - 11.
Teens. Ages 12 – 17.
Classes are age appropriate: Younger campers will focus on basic techniques while older campers will practice more advanced skills.
Please escort your camper to the Cooking School for sign-in and drop-off for camp. Closed-toe shoes are required for all campers; no open-toe sandals are permitted. The temperature in our Cooking Schools can vary, so please dress your camper in layers, with long hair pulled back. Further information can be found on our FAQ page.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
