It’s not a class.
It’s not a support group.
It’s a space to land — and be witnessed.

At The Weave, we gather in circle to explore self-trust, embodiment, and belonging through gentle movement, reflection, and presence. Guided by nervous system research and neuroscience-backed tools, we’ll learn practical ways to reconnect with our bodies, regulate our emotions, and deepen authentic connection — with ourselves and each other.

Together, we’re co-creating a space where each thread (each person) adds to the whole.

There’s no “right way” to show up.
No fixing. No pressure.
Just a willingness to be in the room — fully yourself.

Whether you’re craving more connection to your body, your truth, or other kind humans… we hope you’ll come.
