Join Lisa Selby, 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, for a supportive and informative yoga workshop designed to deepen your connection to your pelvic floor and the muscles that support it.
In a safe, welcoming environment, we’ll explore the anatomy of your pelvic bowl—what it is, how it functions, and why it matters to your health and well-being. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, and hands-on education, you’ll:
• Learn about the core muscle group, including the pelvic floor, diaphragm, abdominals, and back
• Understand how these muscles support balance, continence, posture, and inner stability
• Discover ways to both strengthen and release the pelvic floor through awareness and movement
• Practice yoga and breathing techniques that support pelvic health
• Reflect with guided journaling to deepen your personal exploration
This workshop includes guided movement, printouts to take home, and a deeply restful closing meditation. Whether you’re postpartum, managing symptoms, curious about your body, or seeking to reconnect with your inner support system—this is for you.
All levels welcome.
This session is intended for women and those who identify as women to maintain a supportive and open environment.
