Let's settle the debate of who is the most fit: fire-fighters or police officers. This is a 1-day, partner event to raise funds for Supporting Heroes, Inc. which is a nonprofit organization that provides support for families of first responders who give their lives in the line of duty.

The events will be created with crossfit and non-crossfitters in mind, so don't be shy -- crazy gymnastics and olympic lifting WILL NOT be on this menu!

Partners can be male/male, female/female, or male/female. The only rule: stick with your kind (fire with fire, police with police).

Capped at 35 teams, so get grab your spot quickly! T-shirts will be included with registration.
