Father’s Day 5 K Walk Run Ruck

Thank you to Bushey’s Windows and Doors for making the Father’s Day 5K a great community event.
The Father’s Day 5K is coming up soon on Saturday, June 14. This event helps to support A Baby’s Closet and Military families, both programs of Associated Churches. It is a walk, run, ruck.
Many people ask what is a ruck? Rucking is walking or marching while carrying a weighted backpack, and is often associated with military training. For this race, you can bring baby items in your backpack! One of the best things you can put in your backpack are baby wipes because they are so heavy. Another great way to help support A Baby’s Closet.
