Brave Beats aims to empower people through a supported group drumming experience that gives participants the space to explore musically what is difficult to express in words alone, to move beyond their perceived limits, and to build connection amongst group members while enhancing communication and resilience.
No previous music experience or knowledge needed
Participants will engage in active music making as a group with an emphasis on connection and community
Uses an evidenced-based protocol that has been show to reduce stress hormones and improve mood
