8 Week Chakra Sound Bath Meditation

Experience a fully immersive and mind calming sound bath each week where you can let go and deeply connect at the same time.

We'll be working with one chakra each week including our palm chakras, you'll learn the mudra that goes with it to connect more deeply, what each chakra means and does within your energy and daily life, and there will be stones you can purchase for $1 that help you work with each chakra at home.

You will leave each class more calm, more knowledgeable and more clear!

This is an 8 week course but also relaxing meditation, we'll go over the chakra information first and do the meditation after

$40 if paid per meeting, $35 if paid on or before June 26th
Thursdays 6/26 - 8/14 6pm - 7pm
Children 8 & up welcome depending on maturity level due to meditations needing to be calm :)
