Orientation Night for Waitlist

Co-op Housing is affordable non-profit housing. We are a democratic community run by a Board of Directors. We vote on policies, housing charge rates, budgets and many other things to help run the Co-op.

Members are asked to volunteer to help keep our Co-op running smoothly & keep costs down. There are no set hours, so you can decide what works best for your family.

Each unit has 3 floors, washer/dryer hook ups, full unfinished or partially finished basement, fenced back yard with deck, and small pet friendly.

Monthly Housing Charges:
$1120 - 2 bedroom
$1225 - 3 bedroom

Shares Purchase Price (payment plans available):
$1500 - 2 bedroom
$2000 - 3 bedroom

To receive an application for Huntington Place Co-op's WAITING LIST, you must attend an orientation. Orientation nights are held the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7pm sharp.

Please park on the street if the spots marked 77 in front of the office are full.
