Yin Yoga with Sound Bath by Hannah

This class offers a quiet, restorative practice combining traditional Yin Yoga postures—mostly seated stretches, folds, and gentle twists—with a calming sound bath. The long-held poses help release tension and improve flexibility while the sound bath supports deep relaxation and nervous system balance.

Because Yin is slow and mostly seated, promotional images will focus on gentle, grounded postures rather than active standing poses.

Everyone is welcome—from beginners to experienced yogis—looking for a peaceful space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with their breath and body.
