For the first hour come and enjoy this fun low impact class. This class will help you stay healthy and improve your strength, mobility, fitness, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

At 7:30pm, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine to wind down! Meet other people in the community with the same goal of improving your wellness! 

These Wind Down Wednesdays are complimentary classes each month to Parks and Recreation members. Take advantage of this new perk! 

Instructor: 

Sifu Kamille Louis is the owner and head instructor of Combat CFMA. He is a Grandmaster level instructor with over 40 years of teaching experience and is certified in 10 different arts.

Sifu enjoys sharing the beauty and benefits of the art of Tai Chi with anyone who is looking to improve their overall health and wellness. Classes are conducted in a way that allows people of various physical abilities and experiences to get maximum benefits from each practice.

Sifu Louis is certified in the following arts: JKD - WING CHUN - SANSHOU - SILAT - KALI - ARNIS - FMA - JIU JITSU - TAI CHI - QI GONG
