• Paired with Domaine Gassier Viognier

• Prime NY Strip, Pomme fondant, asparagus & morel fricassee, foie gras bordelaise
• Paired with Comtes von Neipperg Château Peyreau, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

Course 4
• Ricotta Cheesecake, Spiced apricot confiture, smoked almonds, lemon, basil
