EFT Tapping Circle

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. This is performed by setting an intention on what limiting belief you want to clear and tapping on specific Meridian points on your body. You say your limiting belief out loud and keep tapping. You're in a sense tapping it out of your nervous system. It's a free and super easy technique to clear limiting belief, that are attracting and creating your limitations by using psychological acupressure. There are several different techniques for tapping. We will be using the technique that's helped me out the most. The more we Tap and remove beliefs,the more our natural knowing will have room to surface. Opening up your energy flow, removing, releasing and clearing that thought/belief.
We gather in Sacred Circle to connect, accountability, support and double the Energy. We are all mirrors of each other. The people that gather all have the same beliefs rather consciously or subconsciously. It makes it a fun way to work on beliefs we don't even realize we have. Thru the simple act of another person showing up as a mirror to some part of us that wants to heal.
