New to Warhammer 40,000? Join Us and Learn to Play!
Have you been curious about Warhammer 40,000 but aren’t sure where to begin? Maybe you’ve already started collecting models but need help building an army list. Or perhaps you’re looking to connect with fellow hobbyists or just need a refresher after some time away from the game.
Whatever the case, you’re in luck! Galactic Trading Post is teaming up with members of the local club, YMM Tabletop Games, to help new and returning players dive into the exciting world of Warhammer 40K.
This friendly, hands-on course will guide you through:
- The different types of Warhammer 40K games
- How to build a legal and fun army list
- Understanding the core phases of the game
- Common rules, keywords, and terminology
- Small-scale learning games with one-on-one support from experienced players
- Essential sportsmanship skills to help you be a great opponent and ambassador of the hobby
🕒 The course will run for approximately 3 to 4 hours, so please plan accordingly.
Whether you’re brand new or just brushing up on the basics, this is the perfect way to get started and meet others in the community.
We really hope you’ll come out—not just to learn, but to have fun and connect with other local players who share your passion!
