Join Anuttara yoga teacher and writer, Jen Gannon, for an intuitive journaling workshop that incorporates guided meditation, and music. Attendees will explore letting go of old narratives and rewriting the future script, as well as learn techniques for intuitive journaling on their own.

Journaling supplies will be provided
(or bring your favorite journal if preferred)

Yoga mat needed for the meditation part of the workshop.
