An immersive experience that helps to bring relaxation, clarity to the mind, and rejuvenate the body during this new moon phase.

Join us for an immersive New Moon Sound Bath Thursday, 07/24 @ 7:30pm!

Let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other sound-healing instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.

Suggested items to bring are a pillow/ blanket for comfort, water, and wearing comfy clothing to help deepen relaxation.

Yoga mats are provided at this location.
Includes complimentary tea and lavender essential oil.

No experience is necessary to participate, simply bring yourself and an open mind.
