BROWARD CENTER SPOTLIGHTS
GRADES: 6 – 12 | BY AUDITION ONLY
Broward Center Spotlights is a performing vocal ensemble for students who love to sing in front of an audience. This audition-based musical theater program trains students to perform solos, duets and group numbers along with choreography for various Broward Center and community events. Team-taught by a professional music director and choreographer, students gain top-tier instruction in song and dance, musicianship, improved vocal technique and song interpretation, and build dance skills and stage presence using some of Broadway’s greatest songs. Past appearances include Christmas on Las Olas, Trick or Treat on 2nd Street, live television shows, Coffeehouse Cabarets and Broadway at the Beach. Class fee includes a Broward Center Spotlights t-shirt.

Note:
Auditions for the Broward Center Spotlights will be held in-person at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Students will be notified of acceptance by e-mail. Decisions will be made by Aug 27. Once acceptance is announced, students will receive a class registration link and must register for the class by Sep 3. Classes are weekly from Sep 6 – Nov 8, 2025. Additional rehearsals and performances are scheduled as community appearances are booked. Class fees apply.
