A slow and mindful movement practice for every body.
This 4-week Chair Yoga series offers gentle movement, breath awareness, and grounding presence—all from the support of a chair. Whether you're new to yoga, easing back into your body, or simply seeking a softer approach to movement, this class is a place to return to yourself.
Each session will weave together:
* Breath-led, mindful movement
* Seated and standing postures (with the chair as support)
* Gentle stretching and somatic presence
* Stillness, rest, and reflection to close
You are invited just as you are. No experience needed—only a willingness to slow down, listen inward, and be with what’s true.
$15 Drop-In | $40 for the full 4-week series
