You’re invited to the first official meet-up of StrongHER Together, a free monthly support group for women who want to take care of their health, connect with others who get the lifestyle, and feel empowered from the inside out.

This first gathering will be a relaxed “get to know you” session where we’ll chat, connect, and set the vibe for the group moving forward. Bring a friend or come solo—everyone is welcome. No pressure, no expectations—just show up as you are.

– Balanced nutrition for busy lives
– Understanding your macros (without the stress)
– Sustainable ways to move your body
– Gut health, hormones, mindset, and more!
