Zen Together: Parent and Child Yoga

Discover more peace and connection in our Zen Together Parent-Child Yoga class! Parent and child aged 8-16 will delve into a delightful blend of playful yoga poses, mindfulness exercises, and interactive exercises, fostering relaxation, physical activity, and bonding. Join us for a rejuvenating session filled with fun and mindful moments that will leave you feeling refreshed and connected as a parent-child duo.
Investment:

$100 for the 4 week series. $35/pair for drop in class (sign up for drop in classes on our class schedule page)

Instructor: Samantha Lieurance CYT-500
Sam has been teaching yoga since she finished her 200-hour teacher training in 2007. In 2022, she earned her 500-hour certification from Om Ananda Yoga. Students love Sam’s energy and enthusiasm. They go to her classes for a deep dive into the mechanics of yoga, a fun challenge, and a lot of encouragement.
