Breathwork Evening Mini Retreat

One of the greatest healing devices available to us is also one of the most accessible – the breath! Breathwork is a practice of getting in touch with the wisdom of our body, mind, spirit, and soul. Join me for an evening of community and a deep dive inside to clear away resistance, cultivate creativity, and stay connected to center.

I understand how stress and trauma can play a large role in how we show up in the world. Letting go of the old requires us to be curious about what’s present. Be Free Breathwork is our opportunity to go inside and meet the parts of ourselves that didn’t get what they needed and re-establish connection.

In our three hours together, we will have an opening circle, a 1hr breathwork experience, quiet journaling/art integration time, and a brief closing circle - all in a supportive and welcoming environment of @yourbestdayeverfortcollins, a movement studio in Fort Collins owned by @theresaroseadams.

We know summers are busy, so Theresa and I decided to host our breathwork evening during the week to preserve sacred summer weekend time! Join us Wednesday, July 23 from 6-9pm for a weekday reset! Cost is $50. See link in bio to register.
