Step into a high-energy, structured, and empowering workout designed for young adults and adults. This light-contact boxing program blends authentic boxing technique with total-body fitness, stress relief, and self-protection — all in a safe, controlled environment.

Saturday's 10:00 AM-11:00 AM
Ages: 14+ or with instructor approval (WOMEN ONLY)
Note: No classes week of 11/24 or 12/22 – 12/31
Warm-Up • Technique & Drills • Conditioning • Controlled Partner Rounds • Cool Down
Students should bring hand wraps and 14 oz gloves.
All other training equipment is provided (pads, mitts, bags, etc.).
