About Jonah Berger, PhD

Jonah Berger is a marketing professor at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an internationally bestselling author, and a world-renowned expert on change management, influence, word-of-mouth, natural language processing, consumer behavior, and how products, ideas, and behaviors catch on. He earned a B.A. in Human Judgment and Decision Making from Stanford University in 2002, followed by a Ph.D. in marketing from Stanford's Graduate School of Business in 2007. Berger is known for his research and writings on psychology, marketing, social influence, and virality and is often consulted for articles appearing in such media and publications as USA Today, Inc Magazine, NPR, Wired, MSNBC, and the Wall Street Journal. About Aaron Farmer

Aaron Farmer serves as President for The Retail Coach, a leading retail consulting and marketing research firm. Prior to joining The Retail Coach, Farmer was employed in marketing research and retail development where he worked on projects for some of America's leading retailers and restaurants including FedEx, Kinkos, Sally Beauty Supply, Adidas, Concentra, and the National American Association of Subway Franchises. Farmer's expertise touches each step of a project from the initial trade area determination to the actual recruitment of retailers. Aaron holds a degree in marketing from The Mays Business School at Texas A & M University and an MBA from Texas A & M University - Commerce.
