Vegan Beer Pairing Dinner with Scratch Quisine

Join us for a very special four course vegan beer pairing dinner, hosted by Mythmaker & Scratch Quisine.

Dinner will be held Thursday May 15th
6:30pm will kick off with a full beer and a social.
7:00pm we will begin the first of four courses. Each course is served with a 5oz beer.


MENU:
1st Course:
Deconstructed Banh Mí Salad
Paired with Beach Marg - Seaweed Margarita Gose

2nd Course:
Handmade Steamed Dumplings in Thai Curry
Paired with Cryo IPL

3rd Course:
Enoki Peanut Satay with Fried Rice and Seared Bok Choy
Paired with Castle Walls Scottish Ale

4th course:
Thai Tea Toffee Pudding with Coconut Ice Cream
Paired with Opposite Day White Stout


Tickets are $80/person. OR $68/person for the full dinner, with one NA drink included.
Ticket prices include a reservation fee, dinner/drinks, and gratuity. Ticket sales will end Monday 5/12.
