This exclusive dinner features five premium Elbourne wines, each perfectly paired with five beautifully crafted courses from our kitchen. Expect bold flavours, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful combinations designed to elevate each glass.

Owner and vigneron Adam Elbourne will be joining us on the night, guiding guests through each pour while sharing stories from the vineyard and the sustainable philosophy that shapes their winemaking approach.
