On Thursday 11th September, we’ll be pouring five standout wines from Mercer, each matched with five creative courses from our kitchen. Expect vibrant, seasonal pairings that bring out the best in every glass.

The Mercer Wines crew will be joining us on the night to guide you through the pours, share stories from the Hunter Valley, and give you a taste of what makes Mercer such a favourite among the Wharf St. team.
