Sound Meditation

This gentle session offers a sanctuary for deep relaxation, where the calming tones of singing bowls, chimes and wind gong invite your whole being to soften, settle, and restore.
In this safe, nurturing space, you’re free to let go—no expectations, no effort. Just a moment to reconnect with yourself, supported by sound, guided by care, and held in quiet compassion.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply nourished.
Please arrive at 2pm for a 2.15pm start.
BYO mat, pillow, blanket and water bottle.
Your wellbeing is everything to us. Sound meditation may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, metal rods, joint replacements or metallic implants or valves. Have epilepsy, have had a recent stroke, brain surgery or serious neurological condition, a serious mental health condition, please consult with your healthcare provider before joining. We want every session to be safe, soothing, and supportive for all.
