Come and enjoy one of the 1-hour long luxury Soothing Sound Sessions I will be running during this January event. I am running sessions on both the Saturday and Sunday.
Come and drift away to a place of deep and absolute relaxation with the beautiful sounds and vibrations of the Peter Hess sound Massage Therapy Bowls, Peter Hess Sangha Bowls, Fen gong and Ollie Hess Gong, ending the session with the delightful Koshi chimes.
You don't have to bring anything except yourself, ready to relax and recline in the comfortable fleece-covered electric recliners! Your session comes complete with bubble eye mask, super soft fleecy blanket, pillow, and a memory foam neck pillow for those with neck or cervical spine issues or who just want to have extra head and neck support during the session!! The seats even have heat as an option too if you would like!!
Just recline and let the soothing sounds and vibration carry you away to a place of deep relaxation that prompts your body to enter its optimum rest and repair state, helping bring your body into homeostasis, bringing a welcome calm and balance to the body. Enjoy a initial guided relaxation enhanced by the beautiful sounds and vibrations, followed by a further period of soothing sounds, all rounded off by a wonderful 30 min Olli Hess gong bath element. There is even a little something to take home with you to continue the chilled vibe!! What a treat for the body, mind and soul!!
