Ready for Reintegration Group-Week 1

Goal: To promote successful community reintegration by enhancing participants’ self-awareness, connection with others, and engagement in meaningful activities all through an occupational therapy lens.

The Ready for Reintegration program offers a supportive space for service members, veterans, and first responders to reconnect with their sense of purpose and community. It’s especially helpful for those transitioning out of active service or seeking meaningful ways to engage in everyday life. Through group discussion, hands-on activities, and personalized topics, participants will gain tools to improve their social, work, leisure, and health routines.

While weekly participation is encouraged, you are not required to attend every session — just commit to being present as regularly as possible.
