Come join us on this vibrant & uplifting group healing session.

Happy vibes is a combination of Crystal Infused Reiki and Visualisation.

Channelling and activating our chakras with sound bowl and visualisation, meditation with breath work.

Working on our mindset and manifesting with affirmations.

Lifting our vibration through clapping and tapping.

A wonderful combination with a whole lot of love mix it up with two or three different exercises.

Receive a beautiful tumble stone, which will be selective, particularly on the exercise. We are doing on the day.
