Between the Lines is a monthly gathering of storytellers and story-listeners held in at the Chestnut Tree Bookshop, West Footscray. It’s warm. It’s strange. It’s real. And it’s open to anyone willing to speak from the heart—or simply sit in the dark and listen.

Each month we explore a different theme—something to stir your memory, quicken your pulse, or crack you open just a little. These stories aren’t read from a page. They’re lived, spoken, and shared in real time.

No props. No scripts. Just you and the room.
