Join us for Soul Tune, a deeply nourishing journey of Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing designed to bring balance to your body, mind, and energy centers.
Led by Melissa and Kate, this offering is part of an ongoing series crafted to strengthen connection within the Leap Yoga community and support your overall well-being.
Kate guides a calming Restorative yoga practice with long-held, supported postures, breathwork, and chakra-focused insight to help you tune into your inner landscape. As you settle into stillness, Melissa offers live sound healing using crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other vibrational tools aligned with the chakras.
Tuning forks, rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern sound therapy, emit frequencies that gently stimulate the body’s natural healing response, helping to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and activate the vagus nerve for deep relaxation.
Together, the yoga and sound work in harmony to create a meditative, restorative experience that encourages physical release, energetic alignment, and emotional ease.
To close the evening, we’ll gather in community to enjoy warm conversation and homemade cookies lovingly baked by Melissa’s husband, Cory—a sweet and heartfelt tradition that brings everyone a little closer together.
