Summer Forage Pop Up

✨🌿With the joy of elderberry, passionflower and wild lettuce season here I'd like to offer a pop up workshop to ensure everyone has access to these amazing plants!

✨🌿We will start with a quick walk around the garden center to identify these supportive native plants that are abundant in our area. In the areas we allow to stay as natural as possible on the property there are many beautiful examples to see. We will then head into the air conditioned classroom to discuss processing, preparing and using these plants in your everyday routine.

✨🌿Meet at the checkout area at Cooper Farm Garden Center @ 11am. $10 per person cash preferred. cards, venmo or cashapp accepted. Short walk around garden center property if weather permits. In the event of rain we will stay in the classroom and I will pick examples of plants to see and many we can see right out the classroom window! I expect this workshop to be an hour to hour and a half with time for questions after.
