Family StoryDrumming Event with Philly Talking Drums & Julius Rivera

Story Drumming combines read-alouds with syllabic rhythms to offer an engaging way of experiencing the joy of drumming. Words and phrases are used as scaffolds to help participants access rhythm patterns. This way of learning reinforces musical skills and supports literacy and language skills. A perfect family program for rhythm loving emerging readers!

This program is for preschool- aged children and older, plus their families & caregivers.
