When: Wednesdays at 5:30pm starting October 1st
How far: Runner’s choice: 3.1 or 4.34 miles.

Post Run – Also optional: stop in at Miss Flo or JJ’s Tavern afterward for a hot or cold drink!

Who: All Runners & Walkers. All abilities welcome

The route: From Miss Flo to Look Park for one or two loops, and then back to Miss Flo.
