This interactive workshop is designed to help couples strengthen their intimacy through improved communication and deeper attunement. Participants will explore techniques for active listening, empathetic expression, and authentic connection. Through guided exercises, discussions, consent frameworks and somatic practices, couples will explore how to more deeply connect with each other physically and emotionally. Our intention is to support couples to cultivate more harmony and resilience in relationship. This workshop is ideal for couples at any stage of their relationship looking to deepen their connection and grow together.
This workshop is open and inclusive to couples of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures.

𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝘆𝗼𝗻𝘀
Taina is a holistic mental health counselor, somatic ritualist, dance teacher, mother, and educator. In her private practice, Emerge Holistic Therapy, she works with individuals and couples seeking support for emotional, relational, spiritual and sexual problems.
Taina has been facilitating groups for over 15 years, including spaces for Contact Improvisation, grief support, nature connection, ancestral repair, rites of passage, and consent. Her work with groups and individuals is informed by Ancestral Lineage Healing, Circling, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Contact Improvisation, Animist Ritual, and Buddhist meditation practices. She provides guidance that supports safety, expression, repair and reflection. Taina graduated from Lesley University's Masters program in Holistic Mental Health Counseling in 2008 and sees clients in Southern Vermont and remotely.
𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶 𝗭𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗻
Moti has been facilitating groups centered on somatic practices, movement, and consent for over 30 years. Their teachings emphasize the importance of cultivating a deep and embodied sense of presence, as well as developing a compassionate, non-judgmental relationship with oneself. Their workshops and classes provide a space for individuals to explore movement and embodiment in a supportive, non-competitive environment, and are open to adults of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience.
Over many years, Moti has sought to integrate communication and intimacy skills into both teaching and life. They have studied Non-violent Communication, Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Byron Katie's "The Work," and Betty Martin's "Wheel of Consent." Based in Western Massachusetts, Moti has taught across the USA, Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Israel, and Europe.
