Somatic Breathwork

Join Heather Engler, Certified Somatic Breathwork practitioner, for this Somatic Breathwork Workshop-

Wednesday June 25, 6-7:30PM at 7430 US-42, Florence, KY-Room 115.

Heather will lead you through a one-hour breathwork journey to open you up to your full potential, connecting you with your highest self.

Conscious breathing opens your channels, allowing you to connect more clearly with your vision. When you take time to slow down and purposefully breathe, you tell your brain that everything is ok. Your brain then communicates to your body that it’s safe to relax. The fight or flight response decreases, allowing you to be in a flow state. Alignment with your vision is possible when you are in an open and receiving state of being, which breathwork supports you in achieving. We cannot create greatness from a place of lack, fear, fight, flight, survival.

Exhale all that is not serving you, so you can show up more creatively and authentically. The world needs you!
