Each week, you’ll engage in hands-on activities and discussions, using worksheets to learn practical skills like budgeting, meal planning, cooking, resume building, and setting healthy boundaries. Topics include financial literacy, household management, career exploration, communication, self-care, and emergency preparedness—all tailored to help you reduce stress, avoid relapse triggers, and thrive in your recovery journey.
