Join us for Session 2 of the Growth & Financial Fluency for Food Entrepreneurs workshop series, hosted by the Flint & Genesee Small Business Support Hub in partnership with the Michigan Good Food Fund.

In this session, Financial Foundation for Growth, participants will dive into the financial side of their food business. Learn how to break down your cost of goods sold (COGS), understand pricing and profit margins, and build or refine basic income statements and cash flow projections. This session is designed to help you make informed financial decisions and fuel your strategy for sustainable growth.

Facilitated by Ederique “Chef E” Goudia, a Detroit-based food business leader with over 20 years of experience.

A light breakfast will be served. This session is free, but registration is required.
