Free Yoga at the Park - Mindful Movement

Our final class of the month will be a "Mindful Movement" sequence held on Monday, August 25th at Bill Moore Community Park (aka Fletcher Park). The class will be located in the grassy field adjacent to the parking lot all the way in the back.

Led by Becky Haschke, YTT200, this gentle outdoor sequence will emphasize the connection of breath and movement while sprinkling in some yin (with longer holds). All levels are welcome!

Feel free to RSVP here if you plan on attending, although registration is not required so feel free to just show up. Don't forget to bring your mat and water. Props (blocks, blanket or towel, strap) are recommended but not required.
