About the event

Free Yoga at the Park - Back to Basics
Getting back to the basics of yoga with this free class held on Monday, June 16th!

The class will be located in the grassy field near the end of the last parking lot in the back of the park. Led by Rich Haschke, YTT200, it will emphasize the core elements of asana practice and explore foundational postures. It's ideal for beginners but folks from ALL LEVELS can benefit from it!

Please RSVP here if you plan on attending, although registration is not required so feel free to just show up. Don't forget to bring your mat and water. Props (blocks, blanket or towel, strap) are recommended but not required.

Donations are appreciated, but not required. Please stay tuned to our Facebook and Instagram pages for weather updates.
