This free educational session is designed to equip first-time Flagstaff homebuyers with the knowledge and resources to pursue homeownership confidently. Attendees will receive clear guidance on available financial assistance, the homebuying process, and how to prepare financially.

• Overview of how to access $50,000 in CHAP assistance, a payment-deferred loan to be used for down payment and closing cost assistance for eligible first-time Flagstaff homebuyers
• A step-by-step explanation of the homebuying process
• A Q&A panel with local housing professionals
• Complimentary snacks and refreshments

This event is hosted by the City of Flagstaff Housing Office in partnership with Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona and the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS®. This is a free, non-sales event focused on homebuyer education and empowerment.
