The NACA Health Promotions Diabetes Prevention team is continuing their Strong Spirit, Strong Heart program! Strong Spirit, Strong Heart is an 8 week class, on Wednesday nights, from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM (MST). Available in person or over Zoom!

During each session, we will explore the tools to optimize our health and wellness through nutritious eating, physical activity, and stress management.
