ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION

This discussion will include topics such as balancing work-life schedules, personal testimonials for health, how to stay healthy in the fall and winter months, where to pull motivation from, how to “age” well, and so forth. The participants for this roundtable discussion are well known Indigenous individuals: Corey Begay (Navajo, artist and graphic designer), Ryan Begay (Navajo, actor and film maker), special guests.

$25 per person - In-Person and Online availability.
In-Person limited to 100 person seating at The Aspen Room (see location) with brief post-event meet & greet with panelists.
