Info: Class begins promptly at 11:00 am. CycleBar provides cycle shoes and towels on the bike. If you have your own cycle shoes, you're welcome to use them! Clip in. Turn up. Let's go. CycleBar isn’t just a ride — it’s a full-body, beat-driven sweat party that pushes limits and leaves you buzzing. Amazing music, low lights, high vibes are on deck!

Info: The second workout begins promptly at 12 noon! Barre3 Flagstaff will provide weights and mats for a full-body strength class. Get ready to power up in our Barre3 Strength class — a high-energy fusion of strength training, mindful movement, and feel-good vibes. This class blends resistance work with low-impact cardio and signature Barre3 core moves to build endurance and sculpt lean muscle!

Info: Everyone will gather at Majestic Marketplace for a drink. A coupon for "$2-off a drink" will be given after the workouts. Swag bags and amazing raffle prizes will be on display at Majestic. Everyone will receive a swag bag and raffle tickets. This will be our final Bar stop!
