This fun interactive workshop is for musicians of all abilities, levels & ages-students, performers & teachers. We will explore strategies to increase awareness & movement, that will create an immediate change in setup, ease & musical expression. Learn how to “tune yourself”: Reduce excess tension in your body, Play with greater ease & joy, Increase the sound of your instrument, Increase confidence on stage, Educators: enrich your teaching with new tools.
