Absolute Bikes Workshop: Maintenance Basics for Flagstaff Lady Shredders

Throughout this clinic, we will go over most essential things that can be done to any bike at home with minimal tools. We will go over things such as: 

• Bike Anatomy 101 

• Bike / Maintenance Diagnosis 

• Routine Bike Care and Terminology 

• Lubing your chain, wet vs. Dry lube 

• Cleaning your bike 

• Regular bolt checks 

• How things wear on your bike, and prevention 

• Fixing a flat / changing a tire 

• Setting tire pressure 

• Trailside maintenance and things to carry on your ride 

• Pedal Installation 

At the end of this clinic, you will receive a phamlet of the information covered that you will be able to take home.
