Sunrise Beach Yoga

Beach Yoga Flow led by Natascha- (Hatha/ Vinyasa) accesible for any level of practice! We meditate and move our bodies gently while soaking in all that the beach has to offer. Bring sunscreen, essential oils or bug spray, a towel or blanket, plenty of water, and an open mind!
