A little over a year ago, Peggy walked down the road and asked her retired neighbor Theo Engassner—a classically trained Austrian chef and the former owner of Theo’s American Bistro—if he’d ever consider teaching a cooking class. That one class turned into weekly cooking sessions, rich with stories, laughter, and incredible food. This cookbook is the result.
