Join us for Round 6 of the 2025 TVWDRA Championship Series at Xtreme Raceway Park in Ferris, TX! This is part of a multi-race series. GOT QUESTIONS? Read on, then post in this thread if you still have questions.
We will have 2 classes available:
Street VW Bracket
Pro VW Bracket
The fee for each race will be $45 (plus gate/tech card fees). Race fees will go into payouts that will occur at the end of the night. Payout amounts will be dependent on car count.
If a driver chooses to participate in the points series (optional), there will be a one-time $100 fee to enter. These fees will go directly to the year-end championship series payout. We will pay Top 3 in each class.
We will use the same TVWDRA rules we have been using in the past.
Points Series - General Rules:

• Street and Pro classes as defined by TVWDRA
• ALL CARS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION CONTAINMENT DEVICES (blankets, catch pans, etc.)
• Bracket racing, .500 sportsman tree, courtesy staging
• $100 fee if you wish to participate the points series and be eligible to win money at the end of the season based on your standings at that time. This is optional.
• All points are awarded to the driver and cannot be transferred under any circumstance. Points are not transferable from one racing class to another.
• One point series membership per driver. Drivers can race in Street or Pro, but not both at the same event. This is to keep the two classes moving quickly through the lanes and avoid waiting on racers.
• At the major events, a driver will be allowed to race in a non-point series class (Pro Stock, Outlaw, etc.) in addition to their point series class. We want to encourage participation in the pro classes at these events.
• Each driver is responsible for their gate fee and tech card. They will also pay TVWDRA $45/race which goes into the payout for that race. If desired, drivers can also pay a one-time $100 fee to enter the championship points series for the year.
Point Series - How Points Are Awarded:

• 12 points per round of competition entered
• 12 points to the event winner for the class
• Bonus points are awarded at all events based on the car count in the Pro Class. Bonus points = Pro class car count only.
• Bonus points are awarded to all racers who have paid entry fees and have cars present, both classes.
For example, let's say we have a race with 8 Pro cars and 20 Street cars. If Jimmy is racing in the street class and loses in the second round, he will be awarded 12 points first round, 12 points second round and 8 bonus points for a total of 32 points.
Interpretation and final ruling is at the discretion of the TVWDRA.
